Robert C. Larson | Senior Advisor

Mr. Larson is the Chairman and a Senior Advisor to LREP and a Managing Director of LAI. He currently serves as a Director of Atria Senior Living Group, Inc. and Commonwealth Atlantic Properties Inc. He previously has represented LREP funds as a member of the Board of Trustees of Brandywine Realty Trust (NYSE: BDN), member of the Partnership Committee of American Apartment Communities III L.P., member of the Board of Directors of Destination Europe Limited, member of the Partnership Committee of DP Operating Partnership, and member of the Board of Directors of ARV Assisted Living Inc. Mr. Larson also serves as a Director of Intercontinental Hotels Group, PLC, a global hospitality company (NYSE: IHG) based in London, a company that owns, manages, leases or franchises more than 3,500 hotels across nearly 100 countries and is Chairman of United Dominion Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE: UDR), one of the country’s largest multi-family real estate companies.

Mr. Larson was a Managing Director of Lazard Frčres & Co. LLC from 1999 until the separation of LAI from Lazard in May 2005. Prior to joining Lazard, Mr. Larson was Chairman of the Taubman Realty Group from 1990 until 1998, Chief Executive Officer from 1988 through 1990 and President and COO from 1978 until 1988.

Mr. Larson is a leader of various industry and civic organizations. He is a Director and past Chairman of the ULI Foundation, a trustee of the Urban Land Institute, Chairman Emeritus of the Advisory Board of the Wharton School Samuel Zell/Robert Lurie Real Estate Center at the University of Pennsylvania, and Chairman Emeritus of The Real Estate Roundtable. Mr. Larson received a B.A. from Carleton College.

Mark S. Ticotin | Senior Advisor

Mr. Ticotin is a Senior Advisor to LREP and a Managing Director of LAI. He also serves as a Director and member of the Executive Committee of Atria Senior Living Group, Inc. and a Director of Kimsouth Realty, Inc., where he previously served as Chairman. Mr. Ticotin previously represented LREP funds as the Chief Executive Officer of InTown Suites Management, Inc., as a member of the InTown Holding Company, L.L.C. Membership Committee, and as a Director of Konover Property Trust (formerly traded NYSE: KPT now known as Kimsouth Realty, Inc.,) and Center Trust, Inc. (formerly traded NYSE: CTA).

Prior to joining LREP, Mr. Ticotin was Senior Executive Vice President of Simon Property Group (NYSE: SPG), created by the merger of Simon DeBartolo Group and Corporate Property Investors (“CPI”). Mr. Ticotin was President and Chief Operating Officer of CPI at the time of the merger in 1998. From 1988 to 1997, he was Senior Vice President of CPI responsible for the leasing, legal and marketing departments. He joined CPI as Vice President in 1983. Prior thereto, he was an attorney with the law firm of Cravath, Swaine & Moore.

Mr. Ticotin is a member of various industry associations including the Urban Land Institute, Pension Real Estate Association, and the International Council of Shopping Centers. Mr. Ticotin received a B.A. from Syracuse University and a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School.
