Lazard Technology Partners is a venture firm dedicated to being a capital partner of choice for exceptional management teams with the vision, capacity and commitment to create leading information technology and technology-enabled businesses. Managing over $400 million, we have invested in more than 35 companies since 1998.

To identify outstanding opportunities and help entrepreneurs build world-class companies, we concentrate our efforts on sectors where we have deep experience: communications; infrastructure software; business process applications and services; and technology-enabled financial- or information services companies.

We are committed to supporting our portfolio companies through our operational and transactional experience; broad network of industry and financial relationships; and ability to finance a company through all stages of growth.

Our investments range from seed and first-round financings in early-stage companies to later-stage growth capital, and in initial size from $1 million to $10 million. We differentiate ourselves through our ability to provide life-cycle capital to our portfolio companies.

We have offices in New York and Washington D.C. Particularly for early-stage investments, we prefer companies that are in New England or the Mid-Atlantic region, proximate to our offices.
