Fund Managers » Sever Totia, Vice President
 Mr. Totia joined Lazard Technology Partners in 2000 and focuses primarily on enterprise software investments including areas such as next generation systems management, security, analytics, collaboration, mobility and on-demand applications. He works closely with management teams & boards of portfolio companies Vocus (NASDAQ: VOCS), Managed Objects, Intellitactics, AptSoft, NFR Security, Cyveillance and Panacya. He was also a member of the original investment team for AptSoft, Tazz Networks, Intellitactics, and Panacya.
Prior to joining LTP, Mr. Totia spent five years as a senior Product Manager with Thomson Financial's Equity Research Products division, comprised of the Worldscope, IBES & Datastream business lines. In this role, Mr. Totia led and was a member of teams responsible for software platform development, database architecture, content operations management, as well as implementation of systems for equity analyses & quantitative portfolio modeling.
Mr. Totia received his BS in Finance from Virginia Tech. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the CFA Institute. Mr. Totia is on the Executive Committee of YAVA, the investment professional division of the Mid Atlantic Venture Association and a member of the Association for Investment Management and Research.
